His family was NYR season ticket holders when he was growing up.
Calgary rolled the dice on him with a 3rd round pick, unlike a lot of 3rd picks, he happened to turn out... if he didn't no one would care.
I am pretty confident in saying if Calgary didn't expend a 3rd pick, Fox would have been picked in the 4 rounds left.... and its not like Calgary developed him. Harvard hockey did. The US NTDP did....
