Maybe it was just Sportsnet radio that has extended their rights for Flames regional games. I guess that's possible.

Whatever the case is I don't see how the Flames will start the season without a regional broadcaster in place. For what it is worth, Sportsnet has not released a schedule yet for any of the Canadian teams.
