Bumping this thread as I'm thinking of downloading either Noom or MyFitnessPal. I'm not really overweight, but I've definitely packed on some pounds since Covid started and I desperately need to get in shape and I want to get into better food habits. It looks like some of you were going to be starting on these apps, what are your thoughts? Pros & cons? Any other apps you'd recommend?
