I would absolutely eat it, personally. If it doesn't look/smell bad, you're fine.
I've eaten 6 month expired yogurt before.
As long as the package is sealed and stays cool the entire time, yogurt has an amazing capacity for longevity.
I'm too lazy to do the research, but I think I recall it having something to do with the yogurt's pH and probiotics warding off "bad" bacteria.
