Playing NHL 21 I'm able to listen to Spotify & talk with friends while drowning out the annoying commentary, lol. Then while playing Ghost of Tsushima or even better Cyberpunk, I can turn up the game sounds to hear the absurdly funny conversations the npc's are having, lol.

I'm not sure you have the right info on the SS Arctis 9x, they have a game/voice chat balance dial on the left earcup.
