This team isn't that bad as they have simply hit the wall in a cycle dating back 5 years where they make the playoffs then miss the playoffs the following season, rinse and repeat this being year six means they are on the down side of the cycle where they have missed playoffs unless this core of players can show us they are better than their history shows. Still you should be able to find good players in this area of the draft as there are plenty of elite players in the league that were drafted outside of the top 10 and it's up to the GM and scouts to find them.
