There's deals out there, but depends what you want. Just got around 5% off MSRP on a new bmw a couple of months ago, but I had to choose from what was available in Calgary inventory. I think I could have done better, but I'm getting soft in old age.
If you are looking for a toyota hybrid forget about it - it's MSRP at least plus a months long wait.
For canyon/colorado, spec out what you want on car cost canada, and shop around some dealers in Southern Alberta (including Calgary). You should be able to get a discount - aim for 3% or so above invoice and see what comes back after pinging a few dealers.
Tacoma might be tough to get a discount right now, but new model coming out soon might mean you can score a deal on last year's model in inventory. Gert invoice price from ccc and start from there.
No idea about Gladiator, but I second the thought to ping Chad who has a sub forum here.
