Spoiler!
Jon was on the fence about going even after the first evite. The second letter from Sam about the dragonglass was what swayed him. A tempting proposition became irresistible.
The thing about the Euron vs. Theon and Yara scene was that it didn't feel as dramatic as it should since we barely have seen Euron. Lacked some of the emotional punch that it could have. Regardless of plausibility of sneaking up on Yara/Theon's fleet, he would have had superior numbers and the outcome is likely a forgone conclusion, so I'm OK with speeding through it.
I like the idea of Sam just applying something that is stored in the vast knowledge reserves of the Citadel. It may not work (thought it probably will), and there may be unforeseen complications. But more Jorah coming from that is OK with me.
A lot of fist punching the air tonight. Dany and Olenna? Dany scolding Dorne? ARYA AND HOT PIE? WOW, EVEN BETTER, ARYA AND NYMERIA? There's going to be so many cool moments sprinkled in before this show winds down. Can't wait to see Dothraki and Unsullied whooping ass on Casterly Rock.
