As this season seems to be all about reunions, I can't help but wonder if Benjen and Jon are reunited north of the wall. I'm also still holding out hope for the Hound vs the Mountain.
One of the loose ends that still bugs me happened in season 1. When Jon rescued Mormont from the wight, and then Mormont sends Thorne to King's Landing with the wight hand to take to the King and prove the white walkers are back (and to keep him away from Jon). Thorne doesn't come back until season 4, and as far as I know nothing ever happened - unless I somehow missed this detail.
I guess we'll see if a whole wight works instead of just a hand.
