So yes I paid but when u compare the costs of your mortgage while it takes 7months to sell plus the inconvenience of showings and the stress of waiting for offers, it was more than worth it.
Not too mention they even paid my closing costs!

Sorry, looks like I had the wrong site. Interesting model. Did you use their realtor for your purchase? I put my address in and it said not available in Calgary right now.
