Not a great weekend for ASU or MSU...
ASU went to Wisconsin and lost both games. Their season is now over, with a 22-11-3 final record. They currently sit 13th on the Pairwise rankings that determine the NCAA tournament invites -- which is right on the bubble depending on which teams win the various Conferences.
Koumontzis is still injured and hasn't played a game since mid-January. If the Sun Devils do get the invite, let's hope he'll be back from whatever is ailing him.

MSU hosted Ohio State and lost both games (1-0 and 4-2). Nodler and Mattson played but had no points. The Spartans visit Notre Dame next week to close out their regular season.

A great weekend for Denver and Emilio Pettersen...
The Pioneers hosted Miami this weekend and lit up the "It's in Ohio, not Florida" team for 7 goals each night. Pettersen had only 1 assist in Friday's 7-3 victory, but he made up for it with a 2G/2A effort in Saturday's 7-0 affair.
Here's his second goal of the game...

He now has 31 points in 32 games, which leads the team.
The Pioneers still have two more weeks left in their season. Next week, they're off to St. Cloud State.
