No. It looks like there are 8 International sized rinks in the NCAA:

Minnesota got an early 2-0 lead. Gaudreau scored a nice one bouncing it in off the goalie on a shot from behind the goal line. Then, BC got two more quick goals right after (no points for Gaudreau or Arnold) to take the 3-2 lead.
