I think Wood is great, although it honestly makes far less sense than Kadri. Wood is 23 and cost-controlled for three more seasons. Kadri will be 29 at the start of 2019-20, same as Brodie. They're far more comparable players. The Devils shouldn't be trading their younger players with upside for pending UFAs.

TO will never trade Kadri. They are in the same boat as us, they need gritty players also.
