The chicken skin was not seasoned. This was definitely a huge disappointment. Kentucky fried chicken taste better and it doesn't hold a candle in the wind to Model Milk buttermilk fried chicken.

When I went the biscuit was perfect. I would be pissed if I got one that wasn't, since they're pricey.
Southern fried chicken is lightly seasoned, and I found CnC's to have just enough. When I make it I only use paprika, salt & pepper. Buttermilk marinading is a must.
I've never had Model Milk's chicken. I'm going to have to try it.
