Updates are usually only cheaper if the survey is less than five years old. Otherwise they charge full pop.

I don't usually plug companies, but I would suggest that you call ARC Surveys. We have gone to them exclusively fir three reasons. They are the cheapest for a regular speed service that we know of, their regular speed service is generally as fast as some other companies' rushes, and they're competent and have good customer service. I guess that's four reasons. I don't recall what their rush surcharge is because we hardly ever need it, but I think it's comparable, and then their turnaround is something like three business days in my experience.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe their regular is about 515-520 for most parts of Calgary.
