Maybe they owed Procter & Gamble a whole bunch of free ad time, so they threw it on late on a Sunday night during a long weekend.
Either that, or they cut a deal with P&G to buy any unsold time at an extreme discount and no one else wants to spend the money to advertise late on a Sunday of a long weekend.
