Looking at completely redoing the basement to bring it closer to code for a rental. New flooring that is heated. Remodeled bathroom with a second entry door. Kitchen counters and cabinets. Lots of insulation for soundproofing. Electrical upgrades. And creating a second bedroom, so new window needed to be drilled through concrete. Would this guy be able/willing to do this?
