Yeah I've experienced a few lag spikes too.. from the monitoring there's some spikes where some database queries are taking a bit too long (not like before where it was constant, just once in a while), I'll have to take a look at those and see if they can give a hint.
There might still be a thread that's too big that I missed, often what happens is the thread is buried in the pages so people don't read it anymore, then Google or some other search engine crawls it and that's when things lag.
