The insurance companies will swoop in for their reviews/inspections and they will literally take forever to make a decision and start any sort of payout to rebuild. Anyone thinking the builder, developer or owner would even consider something like this on purpose have obviously never dealt with an insurance company on a construction fire claim. It’s the worst.
