I just use Spotify paired with some local storage. You can add downloaded songs and create a playlist or just add songs to a current playlist and have it available on any device you want. Works well enough for me but I got out out of the music organization game a while ago as it was too time consuming. I pretty much just have one big, massive playlist I just shuffle through.
