Same issue, either uploading via Chrome, or an Imgur link. Tried both PNG and JPG (both 100x100 pixels, and 17kb and 12kb respectively)

Uploading via browser gives an "Upload of file failed." message, and retrieving from a URL says "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file."
