He was one of the top college free agents back in 2012. Feaster reportedly tried hard to sign him.
That being said he has barely been a 4th liner for the Lightning the last 2 seasons and now Yzerman wants Brown's roster spot for younger players on the farm.
Would be surprised if anyone claims him.
