We do NOT do cinnamon when we have good coffee. We go to a local shop here in Lethbridge and try out different kinds they have. Those are treats.

My fave breakfast place we go to in Mexico has lots of cinnamon in their coffee, the taste flips that switch for me that I am happily on vacation.
