I use stove top percolator, Aeropress, Espro and Hario pour over regularly.

Grinder I use a Hario slim burr grinder and an electric burr grinder I nabbed from Costco last year.

Water I use a vacuum kettle and I can check water temp and I used to use a glass Breville temperature programmable kettle until it broke recently. I have a gooseneck teapot I can use if needed too for more accurate pours.

I'm finishing off some beans from Portland and San Fran which were gifts from friends. Local is usually Rosso, sometimes monogram and the occasional Phil and Sebastian's. IDGAF baseline for inexpensive coffee is Lavazza beans. I would love to try and roast some myself in the coming months, now that I am not as busy at work.
