And Kiprusoff didn't even look like a good backup when we acquired him back in the day. Think his GAA was over 3.00. Hard to read too much into numbers especially when a guy like Reimer has played on some Leafs teams who had some pretty mediocre to bad defences in front of him. Reimer has looked pretty good on the Sharks. I personally think he'd be a fine starter but I don't mind if Treliving wants to go in another direction either.
