My dad tried to switch from Shaw to Telus. He called, set up an appointment and everything. A couple days later he called to ask for a second HD box on top of the one he was getting, and all of a sudden they said they couldn't even install the basic package because the network was full in his area. How could they even set up a service appointment in the first place?
The lady at Telus gave him quite a bit of lip for asking her to confirm that it was in fact not possible so he was pretty turned off by the whole thing.
