Not all side-by-side double strollers will fit these dimensions. BabyTrend double strollers/joggers don't appear to fit based on the dimensions listed on their website. I'm sure there will be others.

I think parents may have a bigger issue with the wagon stroller ban as they are used as rolling storage caravans. They've always been banned but apparently they will start enforcing the ban.
