To be fair, its not "CP" but a segment within it.
That being said, there has been conspiracy theorists among fan bases in every single city since the inception of their team.
Blaming officiating repeatedly for everything wrong with their team is what lazy and uninformed fans do. Bad/missed calls happen to every team, every year.
Its always "our" team that gets it the worst though
