For a non all inclusive we just booked the new Marriott hotel in Mazatlan. It opens at the beginning of December so no reviews yet. There are some actual pictures online and it looks pretty nice. The beach is supposed to be great and the location provides a lot of options for restaurants and shopping in the "golden zone." I fully expect that the hotel will not be ready for opening day and that there will be ongoing construction but as long as the pool and bar are finished I'll love with some construction.
