Thoughts on tonights 3rd episode.

So happy with this episode, again the humor is spot on but they are clearly going for a semi-serious show with a realistic slant to humanity,
rather than Roddenberry's more utopian vision of the future.

I though the ending was exactly the way this show wants to go, had that been Star Trek the girl would have not had the surgery and we all learned a lesson in humanity, but that is the great thing about this show the ending is what life really is, complex and often things don't go the way you would hope.
