What does everyone use for a CRM?

We have about 10 direct sales staff & engineers, plus 15 more support staff. I'm looking for ideas on better CRM ideas for guys that aren't very open to accepting new technology or being able to work with software.

We currently use Active Campaign to manage our leads, however it doesn't QUITE seem to have all the features I want.

Ideas? Experiences?
