^^that would be absolutely at the bottom of my list of what I care about when it comes to neighbours. They could be a card carrying member of the communist party as long as they are quiet, keep things clean, don’t beat up or kill anyone(maybe that’s too much to ask..), and generally nice it’s a good neighbour.
In 30 years of house ownership I never spoke a word of politics with any of my neighbours.
