This is the big thing -- Reilly got a lot of yards and touchdowns by hanging in the pocket and going deep to guys like Duke Williams and Derel Walker. That's not happening anymore.

I'm also not sold on Jarious Jackson as OC -- Claybrooks is obviously a defensive guy so it's pretty much resting on his shoulders. Bringing in two rookie assistants (Nik Lewis and Drew Tate) probably doesn't help, and Chiu and Howell both have relatively short coaching resumes as well.
