Culver's is my new go to when in the States. It's more in the eastern half and mid-west, but there are a few locations in Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and especially Arizona. There is a location 50 minutes (assuming no border wait) from my house in Port Huron Michigan, right by the mall that we go to to get stuff that we can't easily get at home (like football gear for my kids, selection here is minimal and immediately picked over the second anyone gets anything).

There are so many options out west that I have never tried.
