My AFL club made a statement a few years back in their last run dropping some of the better players. Made a difference and they were better for it. Don't know who you would drop.
Also got read the riot act that a conehead of a player isn't going to help them get to the big day, they have to do it themselves. Same thing could be said with the RW problem.
