Gragas is in an odd position...he's considered a tank by the staff, but he's basically a tanky AP carry by practical standards. His R alone can destroy a team fight if used properly. However, because of the difficulty in using him, he's largely ignored.
A pure AP Gragas is one of the meanest opponents you can face.
