I watched Battle of the Sexes and I really liked it a lot, yeah they tried to cram a lot of story into it with the Billy Jean King likes girls in it, along with the Riggs struggles with his wife.
But the acting in it was outstanding, and I thought that they captured the actual game really well. There wasn't a lot of creative license to it.
I think the thing that got me was that I had to look up Riggs afterwords, and when he was dying of cancer, Billy Jean King phoned him the night before he died and her last words to him were "I love you".
I'm kind of thinking that they could have spent 5 minutes at the end of the movie touching on the fact that the two of them had a really good relationship after that match.
