I've been a pipefitter for 12 years, supervisor for the last 7 and tried to make the move into planning/scheduling and haven't been able to get a job to stick. I'm currently underemployed (for the time being) as a pipefitter again but the O&G world doesn't look like a good place to continue to look for work.
