I know this sounds simplistic, but after smoking for over 30 yrs.
1 day I just felt I had enough. Never smoked since. Smoke free for
over a year now and consider myself lucky. No cancer (YET) no
shriveled penis! Keeping my fingers crossed.
My point is, when you are ready to quit, you
just will. Simple.
