I don't think the "13 coaches in 15 years" is a fair statement at all. More than half of these 13 were overseeing camps on an interim basis, and some were interims for multiple spells. Colin Miller was interim manager 3 times, twice within the same year. Stephen Hart was interim manager twice and head coach once.
Now if we want to talk about how Colin Miller is a dinosaur who should be nowhere near the men's national team, then that is a completely fair statement.
