We just got back from Seattle and stayed in an Airbnb in the Denny Triangle area (close to the Space Needle). It had secure underground parking included. If you're looking for an Air BNB type place I can send you the details.
We liked Black Bottle Gastrotavern. 5 Point is a bit of a dive but it had good food
