In other news, buddy and I tried Carmine's Pizzeria on Northmount Drive the other night.they call it NY style so big pizzas (14" or 18"). I can't comment on the authenticity having never been to NY, but the pizza was good. Good crisp crust and very good sauce. Tried the Bronx and was pleasantly surprised. If you're in the NW by Thorncliff, give it a try!
I tried it recently and it was really good. I can't comment on its authenticity because it's been forever since I've had real NY pizza but the crust was crispy and chewy with tasty cheese and toppings. I will get it again.
