Off the top of my head, crave, Amazon, Netflix, assumably Disney, mlb, dazn, centre ice, SN, are all available.
IMO anyone wanting to run automated downloads with Plex aren't in the market to pay most streaming subscriptions anyway.

The big thing for me is being able to install a VPN client directly on my Shield, so I can have certain apps running through VPN while the rest of my stuff is using my normal internet. This allows Hulu to work (subscription through gift card) and Gamecenter for Flames games, while not affecting Netflix, Sportsnet, etc.
And I do have automated downloads with Plex, but I still pay for Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. Plex is perfect for movies, but when I want to start binging older TV series it's far easier to use streaming, instead of trying to download all 14 seasons of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia for example
