My guess, to start:
RF - Bautista
CF - Pillar
LF - Pearce vs RHP / Zeke vs. LHP
Also, when Zeke is in vs LHP, Pearce goes to 1B because he CRUSHES LHP, where as Smoak is worse against LHP than RHP.
Eventually:
RF - Bautista
CF - Pillar
LF - Coghlan vs RHP / Zeke vs LHP
Pearce playing more and more 1B
Zeke is a left bat, but he hits LHP better than RHP
