The Avalanche out shot the Kings 37-18. Compher with the hat trick and Rantanen had 3 assists. Grubauer gets the SHUTOUT. The Avs still have a chance to be in 1st place with one more game against the Kings on Thursday.

The Knights out shot the Sharks 44-19. The Sharks had a rookie in net, Alexei Melnichuk, he played well. Fleury with the SHUTOUT. The Knights must wait to see if they finish 1st or 2nd. The Sharks were 4/4 on their PK.

The Wild actually tried in this game as the shots on goal were close, 31-27 for the Wild. Husso gets his first career NHL shutout. The loss means that Minnesota is locked into 3rd place. The Blues had a good PK, going 3/3. The Wild did not get penalized all game.
