Of course, they are not paying it because they have gone bankrupt.

Don't forget that assessment values are out of whack (still crazy high) and freehold surface rentals are unreasonable as well.

Do people get mad that farmers property taxes on land that has huge value or growing cash crops is next to nothing, like literally nothing at all.
