Sharks send Matt Cullen to Sabres for Marian Gaborik and a 3rd rounder.
For me, I wanted to shore up my 4th line and Cullen fits that role well. Plus it gives me some nice C depth with Johnson, Spezza, Sutter, Lowry and Cullen.
Gaborik had actually been a nice fit in Buffalo but he is on a 3 year contract and I think that's probably a year too long for him.
