We have a split level, 4 people.

All in - gas, electricity, water, sewage, garbage bins, etc - puts us anywhere from mid-200s to typically low 300s in total cost. Depends on season, weather, etc.

But the biggest influence and factor is honestly a) if my mother-in-law is over watching the kids (temp up significantly, tv on all day, every light on in the house all day, etc), and b) how much control I let my wife have over the thermostat....
