I suppose you would learn to pace yourself a little better if you lived in a year round golf climate, but I am more or less ready for a break by the time October rolls around. The 6 month golf season here is fine with me and makes me appreciate it more.

The 6 months off is not good for my game. I find that by late August and into September i'm playing my best and am comfortable with all parts of my game. I lose that over the winter and have to start all over in the spring
