I don’t think there’s anything mysterious about it. It’s because idiot teenagers are putting cannabis oil in their vapes, which they aren’t made for. There’s also reports that the people getting sick have been using counterfeit parts they bought on the cheap.
There’s no evidence that using a vape properly is causing any of these illnesses.
